Pans, shuttles or coils are necessary to evaporate granulates. These must also be chemically inert against the materials to be evaporated, as well as having a very high temperature stability. Depending on the evaporation materials, various pans, shuttles and coil materials can be selected. Typical materials are tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum or ceramic.

We supply the whole programme, adapted to suit the customer’s needs. You can also return the used tungsten, molybdenum and tantalum components to us for recycling.
